Dear enthusiasts of elegance and the extraordinary, welcome aboard Cherry Airlines,
the airline that redefines travel. Inspired by luxurious cruises, our planes become
true flying palaces, where every moment is designed for pleasure.
Imagine floating above the clouds, relaxing in a jacuzzi while watching a sunset,
or enjoying a gourmet dinner prepared by Michelin-starred chefs. Here, travel is not
simply a means of transportation, but a destination in itself.
In this photographic project, I revisit the 1950s through the creation of a fictional airline.
This era, when air travel embodied progress and elegance, is reinterpreted through nostalgia
and fiction.
Each image is created with the help of artificial intelligence, blurring the line between
reality and invention. Cherry Airlines becomes a reflection of contemporary society,
where the pursuit of luxury often comes at the expense of the planet.
By juxtaposing idealised visions of aerial luxury with today’s environmental reality,
the project highlights the paradoxes of consumer culture and the ecological cost of our desires.
Vintage aesthetics merge with digital fabrication to create a universe that is both seductive
and unsettling — a space where dreams of opulence confront their real consequences.
