FR Cette série se situe à la rencontre des deux cultures intimes du photographe : celle de son pays d’adoption, la Belgique, et celle de sa famille d’origine italienne. Plans rapprochés d’une vie quotidienne sans apprêt, photographiée crûment au flash et s’attachant à tout ce qui ne demande pas attention : l’immuable des jours, son esthétique chaotique et sa poésie discrète.

EN This series is the meeting point of the photographer's two personal cultures: his adopted country, Belgium, and his family with Italian origins. Close-up shots of an everyday life, crudely photographed with a flash and focusing on all the things that doesn't require attention: the unchanging days, its chaotic aesthetics and its discreet poetry.
